Dog Grooming
South Texas College, in collaboration with Groom Curriculum, is excited to offer the Professional Dog Grooming program which prepares students with the skills needed for a career in the dog grooming industry. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to sit for the American Kennel Club’s Professional Groomer Credential Exam and earn their credential. The class is taught through a combination of online training and hands-on experience at a local pet salon, ShowTime Pet Salon.
