Recently retired, Gonzalez served as founding chief executive officer for Knapp Community Care Foundation for 10 years. Gonzalez has had a distinguished career in public and higher education, health care and public nonprofit work.

A former managing partner at Atlas Hall & Rodriguez, Gurwitz has over 50 years of litigation experience representing corporations, banks, insurance companies and medical professionals. Gurwitz was a founding member of the South Texas College Board of Trustees and recently retired after serving 29 years.

Felix is part of the McAllen Independent School District leadership team serving as the assistant superintendent of Business Operations. A certified public accountant, Felix is a graduate of the University of Texas-Pan American.

The Starr County business leader currently serves as president and CEO of the Starr-Camargo Bridge Co., a privately-owned international bridge port of entry in Rio Grande City. Vale is a founding board member of the Border Trade Alliance established in 1986 and has successful business ventures in border region trucking and rail operations.

Warren is founder and principal owner of The Warren Group Architects which provides design services throughout the U.S., Mexico and South America. A nationally recognized and award-winning architect, Warren Ogletree was recently named RGV Architect of the Year.

One of the region’s high-profile entrepreneurs, Cantu serves as chairman and CEO of Cantu Construction, chairman of the board of Lone Star National Bank and member of the board of managers at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health System. He is also owner of the RGV FC Toros soccer and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers basketball teams.

Chariman of Vantage Bank Texas with locations across the state, Collins also leads as managing partner and chairman of Rioco Partners, Ltd. His decades-long involvement across numerous boards and foundations currently includes South Texas GMC, Edwards Adstract & Title Company and Quinta Mazatlan.
