The Comprehensive Operational Plan outlines the major initiatives each unit at the College will take to accomplish the Strategic Goals and Directions. It is the commitment of South Texas College to the people of Hidalgo and Starr counties to continue improving the quality of life for our graduates, their families, and future generations.
