Emergency: Dial 911 to contact your local Police Department.
- The Forensic Center/Texas Forensic Nurse Examiners
- Provides exams for victims of sexual assault, human trafficking, domestic violence, strangulation, child/elder abuse, and suspect exams.
- To request an exam, call their hotline at 956-688-8399 and press 1 to speak directly to a forensic nurse. Once the exam is completed - the nurses will call to schedule evidence pick-up at their clinic location in McAllen. The chart will be ready within 96 hours online - this chart is always peer-reviewed by another trained forensic nurse and then after by one of their physicians/medical directors.
- The Forensic Center/Texas Forensic Nurse Examiners has an electronic charting system that will automatically pull your case files into your online portal for you to be able to download and print - you can email records@txfne.com to get access to your online portal.
