The Office of Sponsored Initiatives (OSI), under the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and External Affairs, oversees the development, management, and compliance of large-scale, externally funded projects, such as: federal & state grants; local & private awards; inter-local & contractual agreements. By pursuing opportunities that address the unique needs of our students and working together with our community, OSI helps to create a culture aligned with STC Strategic Goals and Directions that strengthens the institution and serves the individual.
